Authentication Services IN-HAND autograph authentication costs only $75* per autograph, per piece which is for an in-person inspection and written report. If you have an autographed book and want both an appraisal and authentication, you need to add this authentication service to your request for appraisal of your book. Autographed pieces are not covered under the same time guarantee.
*In most cases, your autograph will be covered by the $75 fee, however, in the event of an extremely rare or hard to authenticate autograph, the fee may change. You will be contacted by a BGS representative for approval before any charges are added or work is performed in these rare cases.

TimesBGS guarantees the turnaround times for
clearly marked packages. The guarantee assures you that BGS
will have your submission graded in the specified number of
business days following the day we receive your order.
Delivery time is not included in the Guaranteed time. If BGS
fails to meet the time guarantee on paid submissions, then
it's free; this excludes any specials and complimentary
submissions. Guarantees are invalid during the weeks of major
book shows BGS attends. Note: Available services and
turnaround times are subject to change.

shipping & handling fees. Occasionally, a book will not fit into the designated
holder. If this occurs, it will be placed in a mylar sleeve
